I charge 100% of the cost of services booked if you “no-show/no call,” this also includes cancelling within the hour of your appointment time. This also includes being more than 5 minutes late to your appt which will force the cancellation. I charge 50% of services booked if you cancel same day, however if your canceled appointment is filled by another client then the cancellation fee will be waived. Thank you for understanding.
