I charge 100% of the cost of services booked if you “no-show/no call,” this also includes cancelling within the hour of your appointment time. This also includes being more than 5 minutes late to your appt which will force the cancellation. I charge 50% of services booked if you cancel same day, however if your canceled appointment is filled by another client then the cancellation fee will be waived. This also acknowledges your renewal of the liability waiver signed with us.
